or public limited institutions, firm or Suman school cell to furnish pertinent information deemed

necessary and requested by the Suman school cell to verify our statements or our competence and

general reputation etc.

and agrees to furnish any such information at the request of the Suman school cell.

 The Suman school cell and its authorized representatives are hereby authorized to conduct any

inquiries or investigations to verify the statements, documents and information submitted in connection

with this bid and to seek clarification from our bankers and clients regarding any financial and technical

aspects. This Affidavit will also serve as authorization to any individual or authorized representative to

any institution referred to in the supporting information, to provide such information deemed necessary

and requested by representative of Suman school cell to verify statements and information provided in

the Tender or with regard to the resources, experience and competence of the Applicant.

 E.M.D. and Tender Fee shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by

scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that E.M.D. and Tender Fee are

received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly, offer/tenders of those tenderers whose

E.M.D. & tender fee is receive electronically, shall be opened. However, for the purpose of

submission of tender. Punitive action shall be initiated for non submission of EMD & Tender

Surat 395003 by bidder including abeyance of registration and cancellation of E-tendering

code for one year. All documents in supporting of bid shall be in electronic format only

WORKS CONTRACT / TURN KEY PROJECTS / SUPPLY OF MATERIAL

GST (Goods & Service Tax) has come existence from 1 st July,

Contractor / Successful Bidder is bound to pay any amount of GST

prescribed by the Govt. of India as per the Terms of Contract agreed

upon during the course of execution of the Contract.

During the Course of execution of Contract, if there is any change in Rate of

GST (Goods & Service Tax) by the Government, the same shall be reimbursed

/ recovered separately by SMC, subject to the submission of Original Receipt /

Proof for the amount actually remitted by the Successful Tenderer / Contractor

to the Competent Authority along with a Certificate from Chartered Accountant

of Contractor / Successful Bidder certifying that the amount of GST paid to the

Government and the same shell be intimated / submitted / claimed within

(Thirty) Days from the date of Payment. Remittance of GST within stipulated

period shall be the sole responsibility of the Successful Bidder / Contractor,

failing which; SMC may recover the amount due, from any other payable dues

with SMC and decision of Municipal Commissioner shall be final and binding on

the Contractor / Successful Bidder in the regard. Further, the non-payment of

GST to the Government may lead to the termination of contract and forfeiture of

Security Deposit / Performance Guarantee Amount.

If imposition of other new Taxes / Duties / Levies / Cess of any other incidentals

etc. or any increase in the existing Taxes / Duties / Levies / Cess or any other

of the incidentals etc. (Excluding GST) are imposed during the course of the

contract, the same shall be borne by the contractor / Successful Bidder only, in

no case SMC shall be liable for the same.
