In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority of Rank not below the Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid

Consultants must have Key professionals required (as detailed in Terms of Reference) having experience in Improvements/Development of Roads and drains, culverts, footpath works to be deployed exclusively for this consultancy contract. The employer or competent authority shall furnish the CVs of the personnel and the availability of the personnel for the project till completion of the assignment and proof of permanent employment in consultancy shall submit with bid

Consultant should have an Own NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) Laboratory in Bangalore limits. If any required test is not included in the PMCs own NABL scope may associate with research / educational institutions or memorandum of understanding with any NABL National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. BSCC reserves the right to inspect the laboratories, disqualify without assigning any reason if the consultant does not meet the requirement criteria of BSCC. NABL certification of the laboratory with respect to specific work and specific test relating to the items to be tested for work is mandatory. Else, NABL accreditation will not be considered. Academic institutions shall possess accreditation from NBA NAAC UGC AICTEE

Team Leader should explain the Methodology of the Project to the Technical Evaluation Committee during technical evaluation (the date and time of which will be communicated later), along with the Key Professional Staff. Failure on the part of the consultant to present the methodology before the evaluation committee on the specified date & time notified shall be liable for rejection. Further, no communicate shall be made & the bids shall be rejected without assigning any reason

Achieved at least in two Financial Year a minimum Average Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Consultation Works only) of Rs.192.76 lakhs during last 5 financial year i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish the Turnover Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal
