SUBHEAD-I : MV CABLE LAYING

Laying of One number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE POWER CABLE OF 1.1 kV grade of Following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench ect. As required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of One number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE POWER CABLE OF 1.1 kV grade of Following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq.

Laying of One number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE POWER CABLE OF 1.1 kV grade of Following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq mm.

Laying and fixing of one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE POWER CABLE OF 1.1 kV grade of Following size on cable tray as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq.( clamped with 40 X 3 mm MS flat clamp)

Laying and fixing of one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE POWER CABLE OF 1.1 kV grade of Following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq mm (clamped with 25 X 3 mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick GI plate with inscription there on , bolted / welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm long and fixing the same in the ground as required.

SUBHEAD-II : CABLE TRAYS

Supplying and installing following size of perforated hot dipped galvanised cable tray (Glavanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5 % , in convenient sections , joined with connectors, suspended from the celling with G.I suspenders including G.I bolts, nuts etc. as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.5 mm thickness.

SUBHEAD-III: MISC. CIVIL ITEMS

Providindg, laying, and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (Light duty ) in ground complete with RCC collars, Jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) includind trenching (75mm deep) and refilling etc. as required. 150 mm dia

SUBHEAD-IV : MV CABLE JOINING AND END TERMINATION

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as requird. 3½ X 300sq. mm(70 mm)

SUBHEAD-V : MCCB, MCB & DB'S

Supply and fixing of 8 way (8 + 24) double cover TPN vertical DB with provision for fixing MCCB as incomer and SP/ TP MCB as outgoing (IP 42/43)

Supply and fixing of 63 A, TP MCB (C curve), 10 kA breaking capacity in the exixting MCCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breacking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminals spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections etc. as required. 125 A, 36 kA , FPMCCB

SUBHEAD-VI: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MATERIALS

Supply of 300 sqmm 3.5 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE

Supply and fixing of Multifunction meter to read: W, Wh, PF or V A, Vah, PF or V AR, V ARh, PF - 3 phase accuracy class 1, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of Tape wound Metering CT 400/5 A, 15 VA, accuracy class 1,complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of On-Load Change Over Switches In SS Enclosure 630A, 4 pole , as requird.

Supply of 50 sqmm 4 core PVC/XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE

SUBHEAD-VII: EARTHING

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
