Operation of 170 KLD Sewage Treatement Plant at IISER Campus Vithura in 3 shift duties which includes periodical removal of non-degradable waste from bar screens and skimming tank, operation of controlling of valves as required, attending minor works required for the smooth running of the pumps, pumping lines, keeping the pump house, valve chambers, etc clean, maintaining log registers assisting department plumbers for preventive maintenance etc complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge [The job includes 1 pump operator each in 3 shifts and one Swerman in general shift (9.00 Am to 5.00 Pm)]. The operator and sewerman shall also attend other maintenance works as desired by Engineer in charge as and when required. Note: The contractor shall provide one qualified / experienced pump operator in each shift in three shifts per day. The operation shall be carried out in consultation with department officials on duty. Materials required for operation of minor repair works will be supplied by department at free of cost.
