Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulator sockets etc, removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/roof all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (Nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable un-sheathed in & including PVC casing caping with fittings/accessories and PVC insulated, FRLS, 1100 volt grade unsheathed copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm size cable earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of Hylam/Mica make as top cover complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) One light point/fan point/buzzer point Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket out let 5 Amp on independent board complete

(c) One socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switch complete

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of sand shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for fixing multistrand twin core service wire (service wire) PVC insulated cable with 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area stranded aluminium conductor cable complete all as directed and specified .

Supply and fixing water heater (geyser) storage type, electrical type of capacity 25 liters ,BEE 5 star rated including stainless steel connection pipes for inlet and outlet connection and also inserting the connection pipe including 04 Nos 16 mm dia 150mm long GI bolts with nuts and washers grouted in walls in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge .

S& Fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB with 240V 10A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge .
