Design including Proof Checking and Construction of Steel Superstructure Through type Major Permanent Bridge Design & Drawing including proof checking by IIT and approval by RBAT Dte of HQ DBGR, construction of 70 Mtr through type Major Pmt Bridge including both abutments on open foundation, abutments cap, dirt wall to abutments, approach slab on both side approaches at KM 91.420 on NIMU- PADAM-DARCHA road under 114 RCC Sector under 13 BRTF in Ladakh (UT) under Project Yojak, as per NIT drawing based on hydraulic data, ground data, Special condition, Particular specification of the tender document, including casting of foundations, sub structure of abutments, load test of super structure as specified, all preparatory works, POT and POT cum PTFE bearings, Seismic arresters on abutment cap at appropriate place, steel truss superstructure (through type) including design with RCC Deck slab including launching/erection of staging work if required, RCC deck Slab ,Wearing coat having nonskid surface, strip seal expansion joints, steel railings, Kerbs, Metal crash barrier, guard posts, drainage arrangement over carriage way and footpath, service arrangement for utilities, painting with non-corrosive paint with cold galvanized painting popularly known as zinga coating painting as per fifth revision of MORTH ( specifications for road and bridges ) to all exposed steel works and kerbs, 1.50 mtr wide foot path both sides and all other items of work required and necessary for the complete construction of the bridge including curing but excluding works on approaches as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge/OC Contract. Approaches

Earth work in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to req slope and level not exceeding 1.5 m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut and fill method is adopted

Earth work in embankment including excavation of earth and filling with earth free from roots etc. spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to req slope and level not exceeding 1.5 m high above to base in plain area and approaches to bridge in ordinary soil excluding cost of the soil (By manual means) for lead exceeding 6.00 m add item C101 & C 102 are applicable)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil/soil mixed with boulders (SMB), including dressing and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6m and lift upto 1.5m (by manual means)

PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand : 8 stone aggregate of size 4 cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering & shuttering)

PCC 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand : 6 stone aggregate of size 4 cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering & shuttering)

Centering/shuttering (steel) including strutting, propping and removal of formwork (considering 10 times to be used)

Filling of stone/selected material in layers well packed behind Retaining wall, Breast walls, abutment/wing walls of bridges or Culverts (labour and material)
