under the Railway Track using Horizontal Auger Guided Boring Machine

by push through method as directed by the Railway Engineers and Running

1 Engineer in charge as per the approved drawing of Railway including meter 1 9000/-

cost of joing materials, Labour, Excavation, Backfilling, Re-instatement of

excavated earth at a depth of minimum 1.5 mtrs. From Ground level. Etc

complete with all tools and tackles, plant and machinery, etc as per

approval drawings of Railways.

Supplying & Laying, Jointing and Insertion of 350 MM DIA R.C.C. HUME

PIPE of latest I.S. specification in proper position grade and alignment

inside Railway boundary by cut and fill method in the Railway

Embankment as directed by the Railway Engineers and Engineer in Running

2 charge as per approved drawings of Railway including cost of jointing meter 1 100/-

materials, Labour, Excavation, Backfilling, Re-instatement of excavated

earth at a depth of minimum 1.5 mtrs. From Ground level, etc complete

with all tools and tackles, plant and machinery, etc as per approved

drawings of Railways

Providing & Supply of 350 MM DIA RCC HUME PIPE OF NP # 4 CLASS

(as per Railway standards) pipe of approval make and class including

loading, unloading, stacking, Octroi, insurance, Freight, etc complete.

The pipe shall be purchased from the reputed manufacturer. (The

meter 1 5400/-

contractor will have to submit the necessary test certificate of pipes

issued by the manufacturer

Laying if 11 KV 185 mm2 XPLE Cable inside the RCC pipe by taking the

same from store to site and with fixing of cable on both structure as per

instructions and direction and direction of Engineer in Charge Care shall

be taken to avoid any damages to the XLPE cable. (NECESSARY XLPE

meter 1 50/-

CABLE WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST BY PGVCL HALVAD

Providing and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. Pipe on the Erected D.P.

structure for the mechanical protection of XPLE by inserting the cable Running

5 inside the G.I. pipe as per approved drawings of Railway authority. The meter 1 800/-

G.I. pipe shall be erected in such a way that 01 mtr. Shall be supported

on D.P. structure so that the same can be protected in all conditions.

Providing, Painting, Fabrication and fixing of cable Marker as shown in

the drawings made from MS plate of 3mm minimum thickness on either

6 sides of crossing by the concreting using cement, send and stone at the NO 1 100/-

show place in drawing and as per instructions. The necessary details

shall be written on it in neat and clear way.

Providing Earthing for the XLPE cable as per approved drawing of

7 Railway Authority with all necessary materials Coal, Salt, Earthing Plate, NO 1 500/-

GI wire etc. Complete as per drawing.

Specifications are mentioned of the back side of this schedule- B and company’s specification shall be considered as the

standard specification. In the event of discrepancies, the work shall be carried out as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
