M & L stone masonary walling of random rubble uncoursedwall bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 brought upto course or as directed Engr-in-charge.

S& F Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking bending spirally all as specified and directed.

Dimolition of PCC block/concrete block masonary built in cement mortar including quoins,pillars etc.

Excavationin in trenches,n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation , etc getting in hard / dence soil.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) type A1 (1:1.5:3) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation , including rafts, footing,foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for coloums etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) type A1, (1:1:5:3) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block,type C1 1:3:6 ( 20 mm aggregated) exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premeses.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor 75 mm thick, for sub base of floor.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes cement plaster 1:6

Chequred cement concrete tile 20 cm x 20 cm x25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifially provided for cement concrete all as specified.

M&L Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, finished even and rough without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 in surface channels and Drain.

M & L 300mm bore reinforced pipes, classs NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs,mangers,shelves and similar articles with plain frames set in CM1:6 ,all as specified and directed

M&L for forming fair finishes drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) of any descriptionand in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm ) gradedcrushed stone agg as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 3400.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
