M&L for taking down of old unserviceable LT panel any type any size any capacity including all accessories after disconnecting elect cable connection from MCCB/MCB/Capacitor/Earthing terminals from exising site and dismantaling of foundation without damaging of LT cables and keep aside complete all as directed.

Supply, errect, test and commissioning LT feeder pillar box out door type, slanting top, from CPRI type tested approved manufacturer fabricated, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, air vent gasket for natural air flow including removal cable entry gland plate, power coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, seperated chamber will be made with 2mm thick CRCA for each switch gear and bus bar with MS Chanel base frame of size 75mmx75mmx6mm, hinged door, double locking arrangement with 'U' shape gasket on on door panel with aluminium bus bar 1600 Amps capacity insulated, Digital ammeter 0-2000 amps, with CTs, Digital voltmeter 0-2000 volts , LED indicating lamp with Kit-Kat control fuses for RYB installed and including on PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as per OEM drawing size of foundation comprising the following:- size -- approx (2 x 1.5x 0.8 Mtr)

M&L for disconnecting and taking down exising serviceable cables of any size and any type carefully, shifting and relaying in new location and connectiong complete with new cable lugs, thimbles, nut bolts and jointing all as specified and as directd Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid saperately under relavent items.

S&F steel tubes light grade galvanized 100 mm bore ISI marked with all fittings fixed to walls / floors / road crossing, poles as required.

M&L Labour & tools for horizontal boring through road / path / floor for passing UG cables by using trench less technology for laying upto 100mm dia GI pipe complete all as required. Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Dismantling existing serviceable MCCB/ HRC Fuses/LBS from existing Panel & refixing in new location all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old u/s LT Panel with bus bar & connections, u/s panel meters and accessories except MCCB/HRC Fuses.
