Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/ shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient of permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, stritting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providng barricading, danger lightining, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

Providing, Supplying and laying in position small stone bund of Sadahalli grey granite stone or equivalent, blocks of various sizes including transportation from quarry to site including loading and unloading, for locking and retaining pressure of water including cutting and fitting providing male, female interlocking pin joints in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts, and labour, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-cahrge.

Providing, Supplying and laying in position partition wall for storm water drain of Sadahalli grey granite stone or equivalent, blocks of various sizes including transportation from quarry to site including loading and unloading, for locking and retaining pressure of water including cutting and fitting and providing male female joints for interlocking in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts and labour, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making hole of size 1.50 x 0.15 x 0.30m, in Sadahalli grey granite stones or equivalent, to drain out falls water from the drain beneath (Slit size of length of 1.20m & 1.50m and 5 cm opening at the top and 12.5 cm opening at bottom for 30.00 cms thickness of the stone) etc complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for proper filling of joints by using epoxy resin chemical of Araldite make or equivalent to make the joints water tight etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Supplying of epoxy resin chemical of Araldite make or equivalent for sealing of joints of flooring and wall etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying and laying top and bottom stone of 0.30 mt thickness for storm water drain of sadahalli grey granite stone or equivalent, blocks including transporation from quarry to site including loading and unloading, cutting, fitting and providing male and female joints for interlocking in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts and labour etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Supplying and laying retaining wall including cutting, fitting and providing male female joints including interlocking, using sadhalli grey granite stone or equvalent, blocks of various sizes including transportation from quarry to site including loading and unloading, with appropriate machinery and in all leads, lifts and labour etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Supplying and laying in position and fixing solid block of Sadahalli grey granite stone or equivalent for seating with minimum width of 0.60 meter and height 0.90 meter and in length of 1.50 meters (benches) including transportation from quarry to site including loading and unloading, cutting to shape, moulding, making pin joints and placing in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts and labour etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Supplying and laying in position decorative stone feature (Pillar for steps of size 0.40m x 0.40m x 1.60m) of sadhalligrey granite stone or equivalent including transportation from quarry to site, loading and unloading, including cutting to proper size, ,moulding, Carving work, including making pin joints for interlocking on both sides and fitting in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts and labour and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Providing, Supplying and laying in position decorative stone feature (Railing for steps of size 2.40m x 0.50m x 0.10m) of sadhalli grey granite stone or equivalent including transportation from quarry to site, loading and unloading, including cutting to proper size, moulding, carving and fitting in position with appropriate machinery including all leads, lifts and labour and a directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.
