Providing fly ash cement concrete pavement around oxidation ponds in phase_I and sewer line connections to the oxidation ponds at HWPM Colony.

Providing required men, materials, tools & tackles etc., for grass cutting, removal of unwanted bushes, any type of creepers, such as itching plants etc. wild vegetation up to girth of 10 cm including burning the same under controlled firing conditions at site location with safety precautions etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soils not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth in near by low lying areas and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation over areas (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soils including getting out the excavated soil, refilling the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 200mm thickness after completion of work, leveling, watering, ramming, consolidating including dewatering if required and disposal of surplus earth with in a lead of 50m, lift upto 1.50m, leveling and neatly dressing of the disposed earth etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing required men, materials, tools & tackles for Excavation, Transporation, Laying and compaction of Fly ash at site including loading & unloading, stacking and filling, spreading in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, watering, etc., complete with all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Tranportation of ash from Ash pond/ CPP at HWPM will be borne by the contractor.

Providing and laying Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) 450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc., complete all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over Brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifica-tions and as directed by the Engineer.

Repairing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size), by re-using the available stone in foundations and plinth including removing/ dismantling the damaged portions of RR masonry, cleaning the clinging mortar on stones, disposing the debris, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Existing stone to be used for repairs.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:2:3½:9 (1 ordinary portland cement : 2 Fly ash : 3½ coarse sand : 9 graded stone aggregate using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade ordinary Portland Cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing of pre cast reinforced cement concrete covers/ slabs including the cost of reinforcement with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 200mm c/c, 43 grade Ordinary Portland Cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, including shuttering, finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surface with 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size) including transporting, placing, compacting, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing 'HOE' ( Excavator cum dozer )/JCB for miscellanbeous works at different locations as and when required including all operational cost to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
