M&L for Cement Concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Use & wasteFormwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface square/rectangular of concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

Use and Waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for Cement Concrete M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS steel reinforcement of TMT bars (FE-500 Grade) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) set in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

All as above but except Blocks or slabs set in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of walls including plaster / cornices etc and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (as approved by Engg-in-charge) of any tint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Makes - NEROLAC (Excel) / ASIAN 'APEX' / DULUX "WEATHER SHIELD WATER PROOF"

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix Galvanised iron screw bolts minimum thickness of coating 75 to 80 micron (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm dia of neck 16 to 20 mm all aas specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs punched type concertina coil of loop dia 1050mm (dia of coil when unstretched ) with 3 to 4 turns in 1 metre of length fixed to angle iron post struts with 3.15 mm dia galvanised MS plain wire etc. all as specified and as directed.

S&F including fabrication Galvanised iron minimum thickness of coating 75 to 80 micron work as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming square grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4)type B0 using (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)as in coping and the like including weathering,slightly round or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary use and waste of formwork all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for providing Reinforced concrete pipes of bore dia 200mm ,class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore dia 200 mm, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in Cement conrete 1:4:8 type D-2 all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia 200mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise describedand applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate ,Red oxide primer all as specified.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base to floors and pavings.

M&L for providing 150 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floors and pavings complete all as directed.

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including welding complete all as specified and directed.Fe 410 -W(Gde- E- 250) quality- A

Material and labour for servicing of 100 KVA ,static Air Cooled voltage regulator (make Aplab)three phase,440 volt,50 hz capacity and voltage regulating capacity 380 to 480 Volts , by disconnecting all its electrical cable, connections and earthing strip and taken out from station and transport it to the authorised service centre for cleaning along with removing the moisture with checking of each parts and After servicing take back Voltage regulator and fixed in its original position along with all cable connection and testing it on full working load all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Quotted rate are deemed to include for replacement of minor spare parts like connecting wires,HRC fuses etc. (ii)During servicing if any defective parts were found it will be replaced with new parts of same make and paid seperately under below mentioned items.

Material and labour for servicing of VCB(Vacuum circuit breaker)11 KVA ,630 Amps Capacity, by disconnecting all its electrical cable, connections and earthing strip and taken out from station and transport it to the authorised service centre for cleaning along with removing the moisture with checking of each parts and relay function test to be work properly and After servicing take back VCB and fixed in its original position along with all cable connection and testing it on full working load all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Quotted rate are deemed to include for replacement of minor spare parts like connecting wires etc. (ii)During servicing if any defective parts were found it will be replaced with parts of VCB makes given in appx 'B' of particular specification and paid seperately under below mentioned items.

(iii) S&F in repairs epoxy coating of spout bushing

(iv) S&F in repairs support insulator

Material and labour for servicing of 11 KVA /430 V of capacity 500 KVA step down transformer by disconnecting all its electrical cable, connections and earthing strip and taken out from station and transport it to the authorised service centre to remove all carbon deposit on bushing and busbar along with checking of loose connection of bushing. After servicing take back transformer and fixed in its original position along with all cable connection and testing it on full working load all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Quotted rate are deemed to include for replacement of minor parts like connecting wires etc. (ii)During servicing if any defective parts were found it will be replaced with parts of VCB makes given in appx 'B' of particular specification and paid seperately under below mentioned items.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, cold shrinkable type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 630 Sqmm 1 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to copper strip of size 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, light grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, .......
