Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings (un-reinfored) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar or bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off to the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified.

All item as per Ser No 5.00 above but except tiles. Note :- Tile shall be revised as obtained suitable from item No 2.00 above

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete to floor finish complete all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles, rubber moulded 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

All item as per Ser No 8.00 above but except tiles. Note :- Tile shall be revised as obtained suitable from item No 2.00 above

M&L machine cut Kota stone 16-18mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror face) as in flooring/treads of steps over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick in cement mortar dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, kerb stone, edging, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as bearing coat concrete to floor finish complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast concrete block as in Kerb Stone (Machine made) with solid blocks Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path concrete shall be laid in alternate bays not exceeding 3.00 m in length, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding concrete shall be laid in alternate bays not exceeding 3.00 m in length, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for forming construction joint 8 mm wide and 80mm deep for quality concrete slab cleaning the complete joint and top primed with primer and filled 10mm with pooyurethane thermo setting type sealant over 10mm deep polythene back up material and pasting polythene adhesive tape all along on the both the edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material including one coat of lime wash on the vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete pavements by brooming complete all as specified.
