Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast plain cement concrete kerb stones, edging stones etc. of size 300X300X100mm pre finished even and smooth as per approved pattern and design using cement concrete mix 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand : 3 crushed and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) , setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 including the cost of required form work, and taking down from ground complete in all respect as specified and directed

Providing and laying 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/path and finished the surface fair and even including necessary demolition of existing PCC complete in all respect as specified and directed

Providing and laying cement concrete using (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains including necessary demolition of existing PCC, removal of earth, grass etc. of any thickness over surface chaneelcomplete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying heavy duty non-skid as per approved design and pattern, coloured digital printed floor tiles of size 300mm300mm X9-11mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and dismantalling of existing tiles/blocks of any description and size complete in all respect as specified and directed. Make: Somany (Heavy duty), Johnson (Endura), Orient Bell (Pavers)

Material and labour for preparation of new undecorated cement concrete/plaster surface of any description not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of priming paint coat complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/path/hard standing and finished the surface fair and even including necessary demolition of existing PCC complete in all respect as specified and directed

Supply and fixed unplasticised 160mm outside diameter of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches as drain pipes including necessary excavation etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed. Make: Supreme Type A, Prince, Oriplast.

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of white wash including scrapping down of old white wash completely including filling of voids/holes/uneven surfaces etc. with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing new undecorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of white wash including filling of voids/holes/uneven surfaces etc. with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of cement base paint of approved colour including scrapping down of old wall surafce treatment completely including filling of voids/holes/uneven surfaces etc. with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing new undecorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of cement base paint of approved colour over a coat of cement primer paint including filling of voids/holes/uneven surfaces etc. with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for running welding in repairs of weld width exc. 9mm but not exc. 20mm and of any length complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Note: Welding machine, rod etc. are included in this item, the site is spread in scattered area, Contractor must quote the rates accordingly and arrange electricity at their own arrangement)

Providing and laying elevation coloured ceramic wall tiles of size 0.09 to 0.18Sqm X8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantalling of existing tiles of any description complete in all respect as specified and directed. Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down of existing rendering of any thickness, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for cement concrete in coping, hold fasts or of similar type etc. using type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work and demolition of existing cement concrete complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Labour only for fixing, laying in floor of cement concrete kerb stone as retreived against serial item No. 1.00 above including necessary earth work as per design, pattern etc. of existing stone upto a distance of not more than 3Km, loading and unloading etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Labour only in floor tiles/block as retreived against serial item No. 4.00 above including necessary levelling as per design, pattern etc. upto a distance of not more than 3Km, and loading and unloading etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including dismantalling of existing brick work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down of Delineator, vertical light reflector (steel) or of similar type from groumd fixed with cement concrete and re-fix the same to other location in level and line duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour in ground with cement concrete using (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) of size 300X300X300mm including necessary form work, demolition of existing PCC, post holes excavation etc. of any nature of soil complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand mild steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc. including removal of hedges, tree branches etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for chain link fencing mild steel galvanized 3.14mm dia 100mmX 100mm mesh fixed to RCC/mild steel posts including securing or tying with GI mild steel wire staples, MS section, bars etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or square exe. 5 cm and n. exc. 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F foe framed work joist, channel, angle, or tee, flat sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in mass concreting or of similar type of work and finished the surface fair and even including necessary demolition of existing PCC complete in all respect as specified and directed

Material and labour for 2mm thick wall care putty over wall surface as per manufacture's instructions complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of decorated/undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of weather coat over two coats of home shield paint of make Berger or equivalent as per manufacture's instructions including rubbing etc. and complete removal of existing paint complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved colour of pre polished Granite stone slab 16 to 18 mm thick, as in floor, dado, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, jointed and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including taking down of existing stone alongwith cement mortar bedding, cutting for holes, scaffolding upto 12m height etc. to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) composite section of hollow pipe/tube, flat, plates, angle section, fancy pipe top caps etc. of for sign board welded with stainless steel rod, of any size, shape, description including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3mm thick aluminium composite exterior grade plane panel sheet of approved colour size, shape, description for base of sign board including necessary stainless steel nut bolts fixed on stainless steel section complete in all respect as specified and directed. Make 3M or equivalent

S & F 1mm thick hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet of approved colour as per size, design, pasted on aluminium composite exterior grade panel complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F 1mm thick hexagonal pattern retro reflective self adhesive plastic sticker sheet of approved colour as per size, design, pasted on aluminium composite panel exterior grade sheet including laser cutted figures such as direction signs, photoes, words and alphabets complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing pre cast man hole cover, drain cover, etc. in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate or similar type of work including necessary form work and demolition of existing RCC complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over sloped roof surafces or similar types of work complete all as specified and directed.
