Supply & delivery of 80mm dia G.I. Pole/ pipe (TATA medium)(Each pipe/ pole length is 3.05 x 25 Nos)

Erection of 80mm dia G.I. pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600 X 600 X 150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts dia and 0.30 mts above ground level including 3mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Upto 9.0 Mtr size 0.6 X 0.6 X 1.70 Mtr

Supply & Delivery of Heritage type Decorative Garden Light Roman Round Midi Luminaries suitable for 12 Watt LED made with spun aluminium, tempered glass lense, degree protection shall be IP 65, top entry mounting. (Make : WBPWD approved)

Fixing of LED light fitting with 12 watt, on the top of the pole and also supply, delivery and fixing the loop box on the pole including Bakelite sheet (400 mm x 125 mm X 8mm), 4 way terminal 150 amps, Brass earth terminal, 150 amps Brass earth terminal 15 amps Fuse base and carrier including commissioning the same.

Supply & delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated stranded Copper Un Armoured conductor galvanised steel armoured cable of the following sizes. (i) 4 Core x 4 sq.mm.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with 25 mm dia PVC Conduit Pipe Protection including filling the space between the Pipe & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply & Fixing of PVC Junction Box size of (250 mm X 200 mm X 105) mm above pole muffing with 4 pole connector and 2 nos. 6Amp & 1 no. 0.5 Amp MCBwith necessary connection as per the direction of EIC. (Make-Syntax/RMC/Crabtree/Anchor) [MAR-IIII]

Earthing with 1 no.of G.I. earth spike [20 mm dia X 1.5 mtr long] driven into the ground up to 2mtr, drawing earth line with separate 4 SWG G.I. wires providing 15mm dia G.I. pipe protection 1 mtr. from earth spike Feeder Box/Junction Box,/ poles and fixing to the same by suitable nuts & bolts all complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/ primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/ emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint (a) Upto 9.0 mtr. Long pole (i) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : (i) 4 Core x 4 sq.mm.
