Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in soft/loose soil and getting out.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note: Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Taking out sub class burnt bricks from the trenches and stacking at site serviceable/unservicceable bricks for reuse all as directed.

Supply and laying, sub class old 'B' burnt bricks, size of brick 230x115x75mm, laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying only sub class burnt bricks, as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, GI pipe 80mm bore, light grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, GI pipe, 40mm dia, light grade, laid under road, fixing to poles / walls with necessary clamp and taking out existing unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-31 (09 Mtr long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation/PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Suplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle, iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners,eye hooks, bolts,pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete.

M&L for horinzontal borring under the road in soft/loose strata for insertion of GI tube up to 80mm bore all as directed.

M&L, pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade including taking down unservicebale insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volt grade including galvanized mild steel straps, 31 x 3 mm washers, insulator GI bolts of 12 mm dia including taking down unservicebale insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - Each conductor will be measured separately as one RM for payment.

S&F, in repair, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded, passing throuth pipe, on pole/wall from juntion box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, heavy duty, non metalic, PVC conduit of 25 mm bore including all fitting such as bends, elbow, coupler lock nut etc, fixed on pole with clamp including taking down old PVC conduit of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB 4 Pole, 250 Amps, 35/36 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, adjustable thermal setting & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Make standard or Havells/ABB/Standard.

M&L for preparation of old painted (outer exposed surface) of electric steel tubler poles over all diminsion 8.5/9.0 meters long, painting starts from 1.8 mtr above ground level including MS channel/angle iron and GI bracket/Clamps with bolts, nuts of street light fitting and applying one coat of aluminium paint including writing pole no with black colour of existing size letters all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted (outer exposed surface) of electric steel tubler poles/PCC Poles of any size three layers of yellow paints and three layer of black paint at the interval of 30cm each upto the total height of 1.8 mtr with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old un-serviceable ACSR conductor of any size and make from LT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.
