Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors,aprons complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but except brick and -ditto-.

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete , (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; eismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs in, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) typeC 2(Using 40 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate) as in Foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreadiing, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete, (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L framed work such as grills, gates,gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; framed angle for chain link fixing, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced plain translucent sheet any colour as approved and fixed to framing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete, louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) fancy type 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) including, all moulding but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,floor slabs,deck slabs landing and similar work,n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate slab supported on walls,beams and columns in roofs,landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs,drain slabs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 23 above but 6 to 8 mm and -ditto-.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3 laid and jointed complete witth collar of 300mm bore under road crossing complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 bed to 300mm drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L hard core broken stone or boulders gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth , wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 18 to 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dura stone tiles of size 300x300x8mm thick as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or concrete surfaces or newly kerb surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preapration of old plastered or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls, concrete tiles, kerb stone and the like and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preapration of old plastered or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preapration of old plastered or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls/in any and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
