Supply, laying and testing LT 1100 volts grade UG cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe etc, including disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cables:- 25 Sqmm 4 core

6 Sqmm 2 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry river sand in trenches as cushioning to under ground cable on top and bottom of cable, complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of sand shall be measured after punning)

Supply and laying pulverised fuel ash-lime bricks, old size, laid flat adjoining each other over dry sand cushioning in trenches as protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of terminal box made of PVC Box of size 200x160x98mm, fix on pole by means of mild steel clamps with bolt and nuts, provn for cable entry for incoming and outgoing including 01 No MCB 6-32 Amps and one No 4 way connector, making necessary connections, duly fixed with and including cable glands threaded type IP66/67 made of polyamide with lock nut, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 9.00 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:2:4 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos band/straps with red post office box colour (300mm wide each) synthetic enamel paint at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete & including taking down old unserviceable existing pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, 1.50 m long, bent to shape as required, fixed on pole/building with and including suitable mild steel flat iron clamps with required, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of 32 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, 1.50 m long, bent to shape as required, fixed on pole/building with and including suitable mild steel flat iron clamps with required, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in renewal of 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, 0.55 m long, bent to shape as required, fixed on pole/building with and including suitable mild steel flat iron clamps with required, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated, three core in single PVC sheathing multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.50 Sqmm, sheathed, 1100 volts grade, drawn through existing conduit / casing capping concealed or on surface/pole/wall including taking down existing unserviceable wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping down and removing of old deteriorated paint from LT steel poles of 7.50 metre height above ground level, preparing surface for painting, applying two coat of aluminium paint upto full height of pole including MS clamps etc all as directed at site including providing 3 Nos band/straps (300mm wide each) with red post office box colour synthetic enamel paint at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking of pole number serially with black synthetic enamel paint 2 meter above PCC block, letter should not be more than 6 cm high with 16 cm dia circle around the marked number, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending complaints of unserviceability of street/security lights, dismantling of street lights, checking fault, rectifying fault, removing carbon deposits from terminals and replacement of driver (if required), reassembling the street light and making the light functional, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Supply only of driver of LED light shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Contractor's electrician shall attend the complaint cell of AGE E/M to collect the complaints and making the lights functional within the timeline given by the Engineer-in-Charge but not more than two days from the receipt of the complaints, in case of failing which a penalty of Rs 200/- per day per complaint shall be imposed on the contractor for delay in rectification of street light faults. (iii) If the light is to be replaced, the same shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ and no payment under this item shall be made for the same.

Supply only in renewal of LED street light driver up to hpf 1500ma compatible/ suitable for existing 35 to 90 Watt LED street light fittings, as per existing Make & wattage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only surge protection devices (SPD) compatible with industrial and outdoor LED fixtures all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED in renewal of flood light fittings 150 Watt, aesthetically designed roadway luminiare with excellent thermal management, pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat sink) with epoxy powder coated with high efficiency long life LED chip inbuilt with electronic driver & including taking down old flood light fitting with bracket of any type and from any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in renewal of post top lantern LED type 35 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and including caging of suitable size and gauge, GI pipe with clamp as required at site, nut bolts & fasteners etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in renewal of LED Bollard light with robust design and efficient light distribution of 9 watt ,230 Volts AC with all fittings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Cost of PCC shall be included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting LT cable of any size from structure / pole / transformer for finding fault, defect rectification of LT cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator, the entire repair work to be completed with in 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified. NOTE:- (i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 12 hours after notification, failing which Rs. 200/- per day per complaint will be recoverd. (ii) Fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both ends of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quioted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Joint kit will be measured and paid seperately if required in appropriate item in this schedule.

Labour only for disconnecting LT cable of any size from pole (height 7.5 to 9 mtr) / transformer panel and re-connecting of cable at both ends after removing carbon / burnt insulation part of cable by cutting / refixing cable with new cable lugs, the entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified. NOTE :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 200/- per day per complaint will be recoverd.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for reuse or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/DBs incl wooden board and deposit to MES store yard including making good disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.
