Scope of Work: Supply, Erection, and Commissioning of "Puri Make" Pneumatically operated Pan discharge valves, including dismantling of existing old valves. Structural Specifications:- M.O.C. of Body: Mild Steel as per IS:2062-2006 (Gr. E250A). Body shell and top/bottom plates to be 10mm thick. Bottom Flange fabricated out of 25 mm thick prime plate with a 150 mm nozzle.Valve Seat- Mild Steel fitted with a Stainless Steel ring of AISI 410 grade.Valve Flap: Cast Iron fitted with EPDM Rubber suitable to withstand operating temperatures up to 145°C. Spindle: SS 410 with Gland arrangement, duly coupled with the pneumatic cylinder. Coupling: Cast Iron (CI IS 210 FG260). Pneumatic Cylinders (Main & Lock)- M.O.C. Cylinders: SS 304 (IS 6911), duly ground and polished. Main Cylinder: 300 mm bore × 300 mm stroke. Locking Cylinder: 100 mm bore × 200 mm stroke with structural locking arrangement. Seals: EPDM high-temperature grade.
