Running, operation and day to day maintenance of various E&M Installations of 11/0.433 KV main sub-station, Residential area Sub-Station like HT & LT Panels, transformers, DG sets (different capacities) with AMF Panel, Car parking Flood Lights & street lights, feeder pillars, main and residential area, water Pump house (i/c Cargo, powerhouse & AAI colony), AAI residential quarters, CRPF/JKP barracks, Drop gate etc on all days i/c Saturdays, Sundays, Gazetted holidays & National holidays in three shifts (round the clock) i/c record keeping etc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge by deploying the following minimum man power. (i) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) :- 02 nos. (in general shift) (ii) DG Operator (Skilled) :- 04 no. (01 no in each Shift for three shifts + 01 reliever) (iii) Electrician/ Wireman (Skilled) :- 08 nos. (02 nos in each Shift for three shifts + 01 no in general shift + 01 reliever) (iv) Pump Operator (Skilled)- 08 nos (02 Nos in each shift for three shifts +01 no in General shift + 01 reliever) (v) Helper (Un-Skilled) :- 08 nos. (02 nos in each Shift for three shifts + 01 no in General shift + 01 reliever).

Dehydration of transformer oil in order to improve the BDV upto 60 KV for 1 minute by deploying the filtration plant at site i/c testing of BDV of oil before and after filtration.

Testing & Calibiration of protective relays by secondary current injection method & checking the tripping of breakers on actuation of the relay and submission of reports thorugh specialised agency / service center.

Earthfault protection digital relay.(L&T/ ABB make)

IDMT earth fault protection relay.

Auxilary relays.

Servicing of HT 11 KV 800 Amps VCB i/c cleaning of dust removing of oxidation layers from the exposed auxilary controls, closing & opening by electrical / manual operations checking CT & PT control & meeting circuit & making minor adjustements if required, lubricating the moving mechanisim like spring charging & raking IN & OUT of breaker trolley (02 nos ABB make & 03 nos Crompton make VCB) and submission of reports thorugh specialised agency / service center. (excluding cost of spares)

Checking & servicing of LT ACB's of following makes & rating at site by dismantling the breaker, cleaning & degreasing, & lubrication of various moving mechanism checking of control circuit of the breaker etc and recommissioning of same and submission of reports thorugh specialised agency / service center. (excluding cost of spares).

800 Amp, 4 pole ACB of Merlin Gerin make.

1600 Amp, 4 pole ACB of Merlin Gerin make.

800 Amp, 4 pole ACB of GE make.

1000 Amp, 4 pole ACB of GE make.

1600 Amp, 4 pole ACB of GE make.

Rewinding of the following type of fans i/c replacement of bearing / bush by dismantling, transportation to workshop & back and reinstallation of fan at the existing location i/c connection, testing & commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer)

Ceiling fan of all makes and models.

Exhaust Fan of all makes and models.

Painting of following installations in installed position with synthetic enamell paint by spray/ brush painting with one or more coats to give an even finish i/c scraping, cleaning & preparing the surface etc complete as required.

Distribution boards /electrical panels/ Feedar piller etc.

Street light poles with single /double Arms, height upto 4 mtrs.

Street light poles with single/double arms of height above 7 mtr to 9 mtrs

Lifitng & Lowering the submersible water pump upto 10 HP for repair/replacement in the exisitng borewell by using chain pully block & tripod etc. i/c replacement of the gaskets and worn out nut, bolt etc. complete as required.

Carrying out the works covered under DSR (Electrical) 2018, of value upto Rs 5,00,000/-- (Five Lakh Only) The payment of DSR items shall be released on the basis of perctange above/below quoted on Rs 5,00,000/- NOTE: Guiidline for quoting %age rate for the bidder. 1. The bidder has to quote the rates in the rates column aganist the works of Rs. 500000/-of DSR 2018 (electrical) and same shall be converted into %age above/below on the DSR 2018 (considering the rates of DSR 2018 as base rates). 2. For Example if bidder quotes Rs. 525000/- in rates column then same shall be converted into %age of DSR 2018 as under ((525000 - 500000) / 500000) i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 and accordingly payment shall be made by applying the %age i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 rates for items covered in DSR 2018.
