Supply and replacement of MS ERW heavy grade pipe 200 mm bore, all as per IS 3589:2001 laid in trenches or on ground / vertically with flanges made out of MS & rubber insertion, nuts, bolts etc., complete including cutting, welding etc., and preparation of pipe surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open places and with bitumen coating/felt cover including making leak proof joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 200 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, with flanged ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches including taking down unserviceable old one , all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 150 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, with flanged ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches including taking down unserviceable old one , all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 100 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, with flanged ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches including taking down unserviceable old one , all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix DI fittings (pressure class K-9) such as bends, (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee piece single branch "Y" junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of size up to 200mm bore confirming to IS 9523-2000 including taking down unserviceable old one , all as specified and directed.

Material and labour framed work such as valve chamber covers, static tank cover, base frames for pump sets, protection covers for pump sets/panel boards, staging for water tank , ladders etc including taking down complete all as specified.

Labour for pressure testing of existing 200 mm DI / MS fire main system, identifying for leakages for rectifications including replacement of gland packing of sluice valves, rubber insertion packing, nut ,bolts etc of flanged joints/ defective flanges etc complete for making the system leak proof complete all directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of T&P such as air compressor for pressure testing etc (b) Earthwork, DI/MS pipe & specials required for rectification if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items BOQ.

Material and labour for taking down leaking Sluice valves from the position for servicing like removing sludge / scales from the gate disk, spindle, stuffing box, replacing pins, nuts & bolts washers as required on site, replacing gland packing and arresting leakages complete with painting with one coat of red oxide along with black enamel paint and changing of rubber gaskets complete with renewal of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified for 200 / 150 mm dia size of Sluice Valves.

All as per item No 14 of above but for 100 / 80 mm dia size of Sluice Valves.

Repairs to automatic control panel of fire fighting system comprising of replacement of pressure switch, arresting leakages in the line etc for effective functioning of jockey pump to maintain desired pressure level in the system all as directed by Engr in Charge

Repairing / Servicing and reassembling the Jockey pump set and motor of capacity 25 HP or 18.5 KW as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning replacing the bearings for both pumps & motors including packing bolts, nuts washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved enamel paint on exposed steel surface, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including machine work etc and testing the both after re fixing and commissioning for satisfactory operation on its full load all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S & F in replacement of Double Headed SS Fire Hydrant Landing Valve of Type B of size 63 mm dia including all Joints and Jointing Materials complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Single Headed SS Fire Hydrant Landing Valve of Type A of size 63 mm dia including all Joints and Jointing Materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for SS branch pipe 63mm dia instantaneous inlet, made traded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short complete including removing existing unserviceable all as directed.

M & L for rectification of existing defective / leakage flanged joints with rubber or fibre gasket complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers all as specified for 80 mm dia pipe lines of DI / MS / GI pipes complete all as directed. (Note:- a) quoted rates are inclusive of cutting of DI / MS / GI Pipes, jointing materials and preparation of new flanged sockets and re fixing the same at existing place. b) Necessary excavation and pipes will be measured and paid separately.)

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as a base foundation for the pipelines including necessary form work complete all as specified. (Note:- Quoted rates is inclusive of removing the damaged PCC base foundation, levelling surface as per direction of EIC complete)

Supply and fix in repairs flanged end lift type Foot valve 150 mm dia (Strainer for suction) with brass strainer, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs flanged end lift type Foot valve 100 mm dia (Strainer for suction) with brass strainer, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L taking down existing fire fighting pipe line from the existing PCC pillar without any damage, repair/ construct the new pcc pedestals and after complete pcc work refixing the fire fighting pipe lines on pedestals complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rates are inclusive of cutting/welding of MS pipes, any requirement nut & bolts, rubber gaskets and required accessories. (ii) PCC work, excavation, removing surplus soil can be measured and paid separately.

Taking down & re fixing the old fire hydrant valves of size 80mm dia from hydrant post and removing the corrosion, changing the damaged pins from pivot end, softening the shaft of iron wheel and applying the grease for lubrication of fire hydrant valves complete all as directed by EIC. Note : 1. quoted rates are inclusive of Nut & Bolts and other connected items.

Repair/ maintenance of fire hose box by changing of damaged doors along with locking arrangements, front glass of existing size, PCC foundation and necessary rubber gaskets for doors complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of one coat red-oxide paint, paint red and inside clean white paint)

Supply and replace defective/ unserviceable 15 mtrs long percolating canvas hose of 63mm dia gun metal male and female coupling with copper winding conforming to IS 903 all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:-WINCO/ AAG / Minimax / New Age

Supply and replace damaged/ defective/ unserviceable first aid hose reel hose with 19mm bore 30 mtrs, hose reel tubing Rubber hose IS:884- 1985, shut off valve and 4.6mm dia nozzle as per IS 8090 1976, manufactured as per IS 884/85 complete all as specified on fire fighting norms and as directed. Supply, and replace defective/ unserviceable four way fire brigade inlet with isolation valve with instantaneous gun metal coupling 63mm dia complete all as per fire standards made out of 150mm dia class 'B' MS pipe all as specified. Make:-WINCO/ AAG / Minimax / New Age

Supply and replace Fire Hose cabinet of size 1200 mm x 900 x 600 mm made out of 18 gauge MS Sheet with double door having 4 mm thick glass marked with "FIRE POINT AND IN CASE OF FIRE BREAK THE GLASS" in signal red paint for keeping the fire hoses nozzles etc., The MS Sheet cabinet shall be painted with a coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of postal red colour epoxy paint outside and brilliant white inside of approved make and installed near the stand post type hydrant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace Fire Hose cabinet of size 800 mm x 600 x 250 mm made out of 18 gauge MS Sheet with double door having 4 mm thick glass marked with "FIRE POINT AND IN CASE OF FIRE BREAK THE GLASS" in signal red paint for keeping the fire hoses nozzles etc., The MS Sheet cabinet shall be painted with a coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of postal red colour epoxy paint outside and brilliant white inside of approved make and installed near the stand post type hydrant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve of class PN 1.6 dia 200mm (8") IS complete including inserting and jointing material bolt, nuts and gasket after dismantling and taking out unserviceable sluice valve all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sluice valve of class PN 1.6 dia 150mm (6") IS complete including inserting and jointing material bolt, nuts and gasket after dismantling and taking out unserviceable sluice valve all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sluice valve of class PN 1.6 dia 100mm (4") IS complete including inserting and jointing material bolt, nuts and gasket after dismantling and taking out unserviceable sluice valve all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair water pressure gauges of 0-14 kgs standard dia at delivery side of pump sets complete with connecting tubing, fitted with stop cocks etc all standard practice and as directed.

M&L masonry valve chamber of size 750x750x750 mm (internal dimensions) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron, 5 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement, painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling unserviceable compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and as directed.

Jungle / Area Cleaning by using JCB / BOBCAT or Manually for removing bushes / thick vegetation around the pump house, installations, along the pipelines to find out the leakages, levelling the area without damaging the pipelines / Cable network / Pedestals of pipelines / buildings including disposal of the vegetation / debris material up to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of single hydrant stand post made of MS pipe of size 80 mm bore heavy grade, 1.50 m height with 90°, duck foot bend both end flanged and including welding if required to suit single fire hydrant valve and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement "Fire Hydrant Blanking Cap of PVC for closing the fire hydrant valves of 63/80 mm dia complete along with chain all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement "Fire Hydrant Hand Wheel" for closing the fire hydrant valves of 63/80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement "Fire Hydrant Female Coupling Washers of both ends" suitable of 63 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for taking down defective foot valves / Non-return valves from UG Sump, removing corrosion of foot valves / Non-return valves and painting with one coat of red oxide along with black enamel paint and changing of rubber gaskets, foot valve bottom rubber with spring complete with renewal of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified for 150 / 100 mm dia size of foot valves / NRV's.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 24V, 180 AH sealed maintenance free generator starting system with SMPS charger, factory charged including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable size / length, with battery stand including taking down unserviceable one from the DG Set complete all as directed. Model AX1013235 of Cummins Pulse Ultra Plus or equivalent in Exide / Amron.

M & L for replacement of battery lead sets of two (Red & Black) suitable for 180 to100 AH capacity up to 1.5 mtr long including GM terminals one end copper lug and other fixtures connecting both end with gun metal terminals as per existing all as specified.

M&L Synthetic mat (rubber matting) suitable for 11000 Volts electrical grade 2mx1mx19mm thick chequered top, ISI marked to be laid in front of LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing brickwork complete all as specified and directed.
