Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides,cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion, 20mm thick pre-mix carpet using catonic bitumen emulsion and seal coattype B with bitumen emulsion as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2
