Taking photographs of the nameplate, transformer condition, abnormalities (if any), and site location, and uploading the same along with

all required details and measurement data on the designated digital platform shall be within the scope of the agency.

The above mentioned quantities are indicative. The variation in quantity of the items shall be within the limit of plus/minus (+/-) hundred

2 percent (100%) for individual items. The quantity of distribution transformers to be covered shall be finalized based on the rates

discovered upon opening of the tender, within the approved project cost.
