Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type - D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, 100 mm thick (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finishing cement concret surface even and smooth without using extra cement and making joints filling with bitumen sand mastic including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles 300mm x 300mm x 22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 80mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 60mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including eatring and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks, kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted over one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old painted concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in Soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

S&F for Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independly, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary length) Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) etc including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type in any position and separating them the serviceable materials and removing the unserviceable wiremesh from work site as directed.

S&F for fabric fencing mesh of size 100mm x 100mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed in posts with nut and bolts, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron filets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting to existing steel or new steel posts all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire. staples or steel pins including taking down etc as directed (Each line of wire to be measured ) complete all as specified.

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire. staples or steel pins etc as directed (Each line of wire to be measured ) complete all as specified. Note: Item retrieved from Srl item No. 16 shall be reused.

S&F for concertina coil 1000mm dia 1A tying with horizontally barbed wire with 0.9mm annealed binding wire, 2.64mm dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Pt-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide, 0.5mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both sides of strips at regular interval, concertina coil, 05 rounds coming in one metre spacing. Coil opening minimum 09 metre, max 13 metre interval conforming to IS-513 including dismantling old complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel / iron gates area not exc 10 Sqm each including hold fasts and re fixing the gates in the same opening including shifting and fixing of existing holdfast in plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 after raising the gate level including greasing, including painting and other necessary minor repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud/foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.20m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and thickness and resetting in the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement etc.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge/flat and side of channels in cement mortar all as directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or side in cement mortar (1:4) as in drain/channel as all specified and as directed.

M&L for fine sand and saw dust, mixing at site in equal proportion(1:1) by means of mechanical and manualy filling in floor, sloping surface or inclined surface(up to 10m height) incl dressing, leveling and lining of mix proportion. Note :- (i) Size of saw dut partical 4mm (max) in size. (ii) Saw dust and fine sand should be dry and in good quality. (iii) Sand should be free from vegitation and impureties. Including removal of old layers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, vertical surface of wall with fastener/screw also and like in 12mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of existing and removing the debris complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dholpur stone 16 to 18mm cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exc 0.25 sqm area and exc 0.5 sqm fixed with and incluing one number ss clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatement over and including rendering 15mm thick by cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair on brick wall or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured designer Parking Matt finished Tiles 12-15 mm thick , Size 400 x 400mm over and Including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 set, jointed in floors& pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigment in floors including dismantling the existing and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Make : Johnson and Johnson /Kajaria/Somany/Orient. Note : MTC to be provided by contractor.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinf cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT bar 6 to 8mm and over and cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hoping for columns, cover slab, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in CM (1:6) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast RCC manhole cover slab with and incl frame designation LD 2.5, clear opening of frame size (1.20m x 0.60m x 0.075m) thick ISI marked (IS-12592:2002) (As approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : VENUS/HARIOM TILES AND PAVER/MOHINDRA & SV RCC.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 21050.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
