Description

Sweeping / cleaning / washing of the floor (including walls / grill / toilets / chajjas / Bed pans / ceiling / doors / windows / surroundings etc.) with man material & equipments & removal of garbage upto site provided. Tentative total floor area (Tender inviting Authority should clearly define the buildings such as Medinirai Medical College Hospital & other buildings such as Auidtorium etc.) and tentative total area required) = ……………….. Sq.ft. (The area is tentative it may increase or decrease as per actual records from PWD department). During surprise visit or complaints from authority regarding non cleanliness or cleanliness not upto mark in the ward/unit/court yard or any area under contract, the penalty will be imposed @Rs. 25,000/- per such complaint case if found true by the authority

Sweeping / cleaning of Courtyards (including drains/garden etc.) & removal of garbage upto site provided for storage of garbage, with man, material & equipment. Tentative court yard area (to be mentioned by the bidder). = ……………….. Sq.ft. (The area is tentative it may increase or decrease as per actual records from PWD department). During surprise visit or complaints from authorities regarding non cleanliness or cleanliness not upto mark in the ward/unit/court yard or any area under contract, the penalty will be imposed @Rs. 25,000/- per such complaint case if found true by the authority.
