The bids shall be evaluated on the basis of total cost to company.

Bidder should strictly quote as per price bid format only.Any bid not conforming to the price bid formats shall be liable to be rejected.

The taxes and duties indicated above shall be paid against documentary evidence.

Bidder confirm that he has noted the contents of notes to the price schedule, bid document and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation.

The bidder should quote for all the items. Incomplete price SORs shall not be considered for evaluation.

Scope mentioned to be read along with scope of work mentioned in RFP document in tender.

GTL reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason whatsoever

Given Schedule of Rates (SOR) to be treated in conjunction with scope of work/services/supply & terms and conditions given along with enquiry documents.

The above prices is for the complete scope of wok /services/ supplies as defined in the bid/enquiry document. Any materials, works/services required for completion of the work as per scope but not defined in the SOR (schedule of rates), the same is deemed to be included in the quoted price as above.

Payment shall be relased against actual utilisation of SOR quantity

Price bid shall only be uploaded on (n)Procure portal in Stage-3 of tender. If any bidder, at the time of uploading of tender documents submits price bid/ price information in any other stage of tender other than stage-3, then such bid shall be liable for rejection
