OD82345/2025-2026 Providing and fixing 3 mm thick UV-stabilized solid polycarbonate sheet of approved make and color shall be carried out over the existing or new framework. The sheets shall conform to relevant IS standards, have a density not less than 1.2 g/cm³, excellent impact resistance, and minimum light transmission of 80% for clear sheets. Each sheet shall have a co-extruded UV protective layer on the outer surface to resist weathering, yellowing, and degradation. The sheets shall be fixed with self-drilling glvanized screws with EPDM washers and appropriate aluminum or PVC profiles to ensure water-tightness. Side overlaps shall be not less than 50 mm and end overlaps shall be not less than 150 mm, sealed properly using neutral silicone sealant of approved quality. Cutting and drilling shall be done using recommended tools to prevent cracking or chipping of the sheets. All fixing shall be plumb, properly aligned, and executed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and instructions including all cost of material and labour charge et complete as directed by ngineerin- Charge.

OD82228/2025-2026: Servicing, greasing, and repair of the existing rolling shutters to ensure their smooth and trouble-free operation including cleaning the shutter curtain, guide channels, roller shaft, spring mechanism, and all moving parts using appropriate tools and compressed air to remove accumulated dust and debris. High-quality grease conforming to IS:7623 shall be applied to bearings, spring systems, and gear mechanisms, and machine oil shall be used for the guide channels and other sliding surfaces. Loose bolts, nuts, and fasteners shall be tightened, and guide channels shall be realigned to correct any misalignment. Damaged or worn-out slats, end locks, bottom rails, guide strips, springs, pulleys, or gear components shall be repaired or replaced with parts matching existing specifications and conforming to IS:6248 where applicable, including all cost of material and labour charge etc as directed by engineer-in- charge.
OD82547/2025-2026 Providing and fixing G.I. sliding gate of required size and design fabricated using G.I. rectangular/square hollow sections (RHS/SHS) of approved thickness for the frame and intermediate members, conforming to IS:4923. The gate shall be fitted with M.S. chequered plate of 2 mm thickness for the bottom track where required and provided with heavy-duty rollers, guide rails, stoppers, and locking arrangements to ensure smooth and secure operation. The sliding track shall be fabricated using ISMC channels of suitable size, fixed firmly to the ground with concrete grouting, and aligned accurately for easy movement of the gate. All accessories including rollers, guide brackets, stoppers, locks, bolts, nuts, and bearings shall be of robust, corrosionresistant quality. The entire gate structure shall be cleaned, primed with one coat of zinc chromate primer, and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade. OD293041/2025-2026 Vacuum de-watered concrete flooring (VDF) using Non-Metalic Industrial floor Hardener (DR.FIXIT Piditop 333 or equivalent) with RCC of design mix M20 grade Concrete 1:11/2:3 (cement: 11/2 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), laid to proper gradients, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, shuttering, watering, vibrating concrete by using screed vibrator and vacuum dewatering using approved make equipment and finishing the top surface to required level and grade using power trowels of standard make, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcements over a sub-grade/ sub -base. When the concrete placed reaches the green stage (ie. after the initial setting time), Non-metallic Industrial floor Hardener is broadcasted/ sprayed in 2 layers of dosage @ 4.5 Kg/ Sq.metre / 400ml per 50kg bag of cement and power troweled to get a smooth finish
