Maintenance of Sanitary, Electric, Coolers and other works for Nigam building NPH, Jodhpur.

Day to day annual maintenance of internal & exeternal water supply and sanitary system for jodhpur discom offices located at New power house jodhpur with the following schedule of work. (a) To check and manage perfect working of all the Toilet ,WC 's,pantries ,urinals and all G. I , pipes Ac pipes, sw pipe lines their leak proof condition ,proper supply and disposal of water right from inside toilet WC'S pantries urinals etc. soil/waste flow to cc chamber/ Nahni trap/Gully trap / main hole/ septic tank and up to soakage well . (b)Ensuring filling of all the PVC/RCC tank (Approx 30 Nos. ) of the OPH office up to 9.00 AM on each working day including regular operating and managing to timer system wherever provided .

Overhauling of water pump at the time of commencement and after six month of award of contact (one job ).

Maintenance of internals and external Electrical supply system for jodhpur Discom offices located at New Power House ,Jodhpur with the following schedule of work. To check and manage perfect working of all the internal external electric supply of building premises from main board to switch board up to each electric point and in case of fault/spark same is to attended immadiately (one job )

Day to day annual maintenance of coolers during the year for identified summer period (April to sept. ) only with following work of schedule (No. of coolers=180x6month=1080unit) (a)Ensuring of water tightness inlet connection to ball and from shutter area. (b) The cooler pads should be tightened well and uniform all side the water channels supplying the water to cooler pads should be cleaned regularly to avoid probability of choking. (c) Oiling / Greasing of pumps and Fans at the commencement and the completion of the contract period. (d) Checking of electrical wiring from main supply to regulator,pump and up to fan ensuring their proper working.

Supply of condensor for following make .(GEC/POLAR/CROMPTON) or eq. (a) for cooler fans

(b) for ceiling fans

P/Fabricating desert cooler water tank side door shutter made out of 20 gauge G.I. sheet suitable for existing body of cooler incluiding welding , riveting , cutting , moulding in all respect of leak proof. (a) cooler Tank

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh in frame work for fixing cooler pads . 1 set ( 3 Nos. )
