Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size from trenches or on poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 10 sq.mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 16 sq.mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm bore light grade GI tubing for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors and drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for poles/cable in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 metres wide and not exc 1.5 metres deep and getting out including dismantling of bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of Serial item No 05 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr, complete all as specified and directed .

Retruning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the surplus excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable. The top layer of 15cm shall be punned to 10 cm (total 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub class ‘B bricks, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling old unserviceable/damaged pole (PCC/steel) of any length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper, plug, bolts, nuts and screw including two coat of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer for exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous black paint over a coat of concrete, including two runs of PVC insulated copper wire 2.5sqmm three core from the junction box to the fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays foundation and platform for transformer installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable LED Street lights/security lights/flood lights fittings of any type and capacity from pole/ wall with dismantling the light fittings , checking its serviceability circuit board, driver units, and carried out necessary repairs/soldering of worn out circuits /connections, replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair including connecting and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of old unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items.

S&F in repairs decorative LED post top lantern for 360 deg indirect light with IP 65 protection with resistant to impact and corrosion,Glare-free and better uniformity , diffuser and painted aluminium reflector 40 watt complete all accessories necessary fitting including connection of 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade , testing before and after mounting for proper function complete including taking down old fittings all as specified and directed. S&F in repair 40mm bore GI tubing light grade bracket bend to shape as required approx length 1.5 Mtr including 2 No. MS Clamp of flat iron size 40x6 mm complete with nut, bolt, washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L heat shrikable straight through joint kit for 1.1 KV XLPE cables of size 10-25sq.mm, 4 core complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Denson/ Multishrink/ 3M

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Non-integral light fittings from 13.5/16 mtr High mast tower with checking its connection and unserviceable parts, such as Drivers, LED lamps, LED Fittings etc and replace the same and refitting in its position including servicing the double drum winch and greasing the 5mm dia steel wire rope, wheels,operating handles with all parts and equipments of existing high mast Tower, fitting, allignment upto length, testing complete in all respect after the high mast tower mounted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L replacement of steel wire rope of size 5mm dia ( as per existing) with required nuts,bolts and hooks including taking down old U/S steel wire rope from different high mast towers complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs MCB, SP, 6-32 Amps, 240 volt, 'C' Series, 10 kA complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming /cutting of tree branches /bushes obstructing the Street Light Poles/HT/LT lines making clear distance of 2.0 meter from the outer conductors of OH Lines/ poles all around including removing of branches/bushes of trees from site complete all as specified and directed.
