Schedule'A' Part-I: E & M works

Tansportation of unserviceable submersible pump 15 HP to 17.5 HP into repair workshop at Agartala. Dismantling all parts, seggregating serviceable and worn out parts, carry out repair work, re-assembling pump and motor, testing etc and re-transportation to pump house complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Major spare parts required for repair shall be paid as supply only under Sch 'A' item No. 1.01 to 1.05 here in after, where as any minor parts those are not included into Sch 'A' and required for smooth functioning of pump are deemed to be included into the quoted rates.

Supply only Gun metal impellers suitable for 15 HP to 17.5 HP submersible pump.

Supply only Gun metal bush suitable for 15 HP to 17.5 HP submersible pump.

Supply only stainless steel sleeve suitable for 15 HP to 17.5 HP submersible pump.

Material & labour for re-winding of submersible motor of capacity 15 HP to 17.5 HP using super enamelled insulated copper wire of existing gauge with same number of turns, providing insulated paper into the slots, complete in all respect and all as specified and directed

Disconnection and dismantling the defective star delta starter and supply and fixing of new automatic star-delta starter for submersible pump of 25 HP /30 HP ,3 Ph ,415 Volts,with overload relay rating 17-25 A/21-28 A complete including all fixing arrangement and making electrical connections with Submersible motor and starter complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnection and dismantling the defective star delta starter and supply and fixing of new automatic star-delta starter for submersible pump of 20 HP /15 HP ,3 Ph ,415 Volts,with overload relay rating 15-22 A/12-18 A complete including all fixing arrangement and making electrical connections with Submersible motor and starter complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconnection and dismantling the defective DOL starter and supply and fixing new DOL starter of 5 HP to 10 HP ,3 Ph ,415 Volts complete including all fixing arrangement and making electrical connections with motor and starter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connecting flat,6 Sqmm, 3 Core, PVC insulated & PVC sheated,1100 volt grade, multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694/1990, suitable for submersible pump motors, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.10.00 here in before but 4 Sqmm all as per specified and directed .

supply and fixing of steel rope of size 8 mm dia with fully threaded nut, bolts & washers for holding/supporting of submersible pump & motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing column pipe made of galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, 100 mm bore, 3 metre long, both side galvanised 10 mm thick flange duly screwed and welded with GI column pipe and consisting one number ISI marked rubber packing, four numbers 15 mm dia 100 mm long nuts, bolts and washer complete in all respect and all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing column pipe made of galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, 80 mm bore, 3 metre long, both side galvanised 10 mm thick flange duly screwed and welded with GI column pipe and consisting one number ISI marked rubber packing, four numbers 15 mm dia 100 mm long nuts, bolts and washer complete in all respect and all as specified and directed.

Taking out pump set of capacity 25 HP to 30 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 25 HP to 30 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 15 above.

M&L for replacement of bushing of pump set incl turning, grinding etc complete.

M&L for replacement of shaft incl turning, grinding etc complete.

M&L for replacement of impeller incl turning, grinding etc complete.

Taking out pump set of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP from site carry out the same to workshop including transportation, dismantling of cable connection and reinstallation of pump set after repair on the existing foundation and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the pump of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP and replacement of the following item all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out and refixing the pump set will be measured seperately under item 17 above.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 30 HP to 25 induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.

Taking out 3 Phase 415 Volts 5HP to 7.5 HP induction motor from site carry to workshop dismantling existing winding and rewinding of motor with insulated copper wire of existig gauge varnished, reassembling and refixing all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Ball bearing of motor 3phase 415 volts of capacity 25 HP to 30 HP all as specified and directed.

Taking out and re-fixing after servicing of chemical dosinging system motar & pump with agitator including replacing of minor wornout parts to new parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve 125mm/150mm dia with purposefully made steel clamp, screws, washers etc including taking out unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 23 above but for 100mm dia.

Supply, Laying, High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of 32mm dia of pressure rating 6kgf/ cm2 laid in trenches/surface for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting of submersible pump and motor of any capacity after disconnecting it from column pipes, submersible cable, decoupling motor & pump and disconnecting from the delivery line & reassembling the same including testing, lowering & commissioning submersible pump & motor after repair of submersible pump and motor complete all as specified and directed. NB: (i) Replacement i.e. supply and fix in repairs shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. Unit rate against above item shall be quoted accordingly. (ii) Rewinding of motor, if so required, shall be measured & paid separately.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
