Earth work excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m including all labour charges for excavation in loose soil and hard stiff clay mixed with boulders and reflling the sides of foundation etc, complete

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and Eight aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, including cost of conveyance of all materials at site, labour charges for mixing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with std. specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface such as RCC slabs, Rectangular, TEE or ELL beams, lintel, bed block, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc, complete as per std specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using III class kiln burnt ground Bricks of size 83/4” x 41/4” x 23/4” including cost and conveyance of all materials at site, labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per std. specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grill works fixed in the outer frame of angle 40 mmx40 mm including cost and conveyance including all labour charges and material charges etc., complete as per std specification

Weathering Course with Concrete Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with design Anti skirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications

Special ceiling plastering with CM 1:3 mix using 10mm thick including cost and conveyance labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per std. Specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5mix 12mm thick inculding all cost and conveyance of all labour and material charges etc, complete as per std. Specification.

White washing two coats using best shell lime including, cost and conveyance, labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as directed by Deptl. officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats for new Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with std specification

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.
