Repair to Homeopathic Dispensary building at Gadakharada in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26

Dismantlling & removing old tiled flooring icluding removing the base coarse & stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including all cost, conveyance, royalities of the materials labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 4cm thick grading concrete with C.C. (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm size and down graded crusher broken hard granite chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laterite stone masonary in cement mortor (1:6) in superstructure with laterite stone of approved quality and quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with ncessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc. complete asper direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providng and fixing vitrified floor tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble/ tiles labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. gates, steel windows, M.S. windows grills to windows and openings and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm size with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour taxes and royalities with all T&P etc. complete in all floors including cost of screws and other required materials of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Weather coat paint two coats of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work one coat to give an even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 20mm & down grade nominal size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete road/ CD works including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work all labour charges etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
