REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF STAND BY DG SETS AND STREET LIGHTS AT DGNP VISAKHAPATNAM

Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up (once in a month/A check) of the engine for the smooth functioning as per the manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. A' CHECK ONCE IN A MONTH (i) Check engine oil level and toping up as and when required (engine oil will be measured and paid seperately) (ii) Check engine coolent level and tripping up as per requirement (Coolent will be measured and paid seperately) (iii) Check belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace (Belt shall be measured and paid seperately) (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level. (v) Check exhaust system for leakage. (vi) Drain sediment from fuel filter & fuel tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace (replacement required shall be measured and paid seperately) (viii) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (ix) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator terminal box. (x) Check carbon brushes and connection in Self starter. (xi) Check and tight all electric connections in control wiring. (xii) Check all radiator rubber hose. (xiii) Record oil pressure water and oil temperature. (xiv) Record RPM, Voltage, Amps and Hz (xv) Check anti Vibrating mountings. (xvi) Check throttle linkage. (xvii) Check battery electrolyte level & specific gravity toping upto level. NOTE :- (i) Spares will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule. (ii) Cost of labour is deemed to be inclusive.

B' CHECK ONCE IN A SIX MONTH OR 250 HRS WHICHEVER IS EARLIER (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace lubricating oil filter element. (iii) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (iv) Check the clean breather element. (vii) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine) Note:- Engine oil/Radiator coolant/spares will be paid seperately under supply only rates. Cost of labour for fixing the spares deemed tio be inclusive.

Supply only Coolant for DG set complete.

Repairs/Servicing/caliberation and testing of self starter and charging alternator complete including replacement of necessary spares such as bush bearing, carbon brushes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable lead acid battery and supply & Fixing of 12V, 180AH, including accessories like terminal clamps, copper cable of required size and length, petrolium jelly and including initial charging complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenace/ servicing of door shutter Hinges any type and size for DG set complete, including replacement of unserviciable parts to make smooth functioning of door shuter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Smart integrated Solar LED all in one light fitting of 30 Watt incl all accessories such as GI pipe/pole/fixing arrangement etc. including taking down of old unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
