Construction of R.C.C. hydrant pillar of size 13 cm x 13 cm x 165 cm high (75 cm below G.L. & 90 cm above G.L.) in prop. 1:2:4 reinforced with 4 Nos. of 10 mm dia HYSD bars and 6 mm dia MS tie bars @ 150 mm C/C including cutting, bending and placing in position and binding with tieing wire complete with shuttering, curing, earthwork in foundation etc. and 10 mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:4 to exposed surface finished with neat cement coat as per approved drawing of CPHE 08/05 including necessary earthwork etc. all complete as directed. Supplying, installation, fitting & fixing, testing and commissioning of Electric driven 3-phase (for 5HP/ 7.5HP/10HP/12.5HP) / Single phase (for 1 HP / 2HP/ 3 HP pump) Centrifugal pump set of approved make with bronze impeller of suitable diameter with G.I. suction pipe, suction strainer, non-return valve, delivery piping up to sluice valve all complete. The pump set should be coupled with electric motor drive of adequate power suitable for operation at 230V / 415 V, 50 Hz input power with DOL Starter /Star delta Starter including Electric Control panel board enclosure made of MS Sheet duly painted with Anti- corrosive paints complete, fitted with all electrical accessories i.e, Complete wiring from Panel Board to Main Line including supply of Aluminium Armoured Cable of adequate cross section, Earthing wire and all necessary materials for the same, including cost of CC pump foundation with base plate complete and other accessories and labour charge for the installation of the pump etc. all compltete as specified and directed by the Department with One year warranty from the date of commissioning and satisfactory testing against any manufacturing defect.
