Supply & fixing of pole connector box made out of Hot pressed Moulded thermoplastic Sheet Moulding Compound of outside dimensions 300 mm(H) x 160 mm(W)x 120 mm (D) & inside dimensions 275 mm(H) x 135 mm(W)x 110 mm (D) with top hinged door suitable to mount on existing GI octagonal pole of height 10 mtr with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd.(i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole.(ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening.(iii)4 way, 220 V, 30 A, dough moulded connector (SMC with stainless steel inserts) (iv) 16 amp. Supply, boring and laying of HDPE DWC pipes (ISI) marked of the 90 mm dia size confirming to IS:14930 part-II by trench less technology with no dig. method by making bore hole in horizontal direction across the road with boring equipment i/c jointing, cleaning, rodding of pipe providing suitable covers on mouth of pipes, excavation of pits of required size & depth etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounted free standing type L.T. cubical service feeder pillar duly compartmentalized (outdoor type) made out of 2mm thick MS CRCA sheet with 4 nos. x 600 mm long legs made of M.S angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick along with frame & legs suitably grouted in foundation i/c connection inter connection of the accessories mounted there on with suitable size of copper wire/strip with thimble/lugs, earthing the body of the feeder pillar, lifting hooks shall be fabricated in easily transportable section&lenthheight,depthetc to match with site condition i/c supplying & fixing of the following items and as per technical specification enclosed. a) 63 amp , 30KA ,FPMCCB - 1 No (in comer). b) 20/32 Amp. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying, fabrication and installation of wire mesh protection frame for new feeder pillar made out of 10 SWG MS wire mesh (75mm x 25mm rectangle nominal) of following sizes with angle iron base frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron and with MS strip support of size 35 mm x 6 mm and 0.5 mtr. long leg support of same angle as per drawing including providing of suitable size of door with supply & fixing of godown lock including locking arrangment, painting and grouting of angle iron frame with legs in CC (1:2:4) foundation etc. (as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge) . complete as required.
