Provision for clearing and uprooting the vegetation growth including plucking out of the roots up to the extreme in side of the wells/stepped wells for identifying the evidence of old masonry ruins and for restoration work etc. complete.

Provision for Erection and dismantling of suitable scaffolding and working platform with other safety equipment for the structural conservation work of the well / stepped well etc., complete.

Provision for pumping out of the water and removing slush/slurry/mud etc. by any means such as mechanical devices , pump set, vertical lift etc., including cost of labour, oil hire charges of machineries, and leveling the silt in and around the area etc. complete as per the instruction of work in charge.

Provision for taking out the fallen/ bulged out/ dilapidated/worn-out weak Laterite Stone/ brick masonry structure one by one, part by part to avoid any collapse of the existing wall, lifting the discarded materials, earth etc., complete.

Underpinning / strengthening work of the cavity wall inside of the well/stepped well by cutting the stones as per the required shape, design, moulting, beading in lime mortar 1:2 including lowering the materials inside the well/stepped well fixing one by one and part by part and strengthening the wall in laterite stone masonry/ brick masonry matching to the adjoin structures to check the sliding / collapse of the bank including all material and labour charges etc., complete.

Construction of Laterite stone masonry in Lime Mortar 1:2 using Laterite of average size 30x20x15 cm as per the original shape and style including necessary pointing the stone joints in same mortar with suitable colour oxides including curing, as per the standard specifications and as directed including all material and labour charges etc., complete

Provision for filling the cavity/gap area inside of the well deep after construction of the Laterite stone wall around inside of the well deep in order to purify the water as well as to protect the well by using baby granite chips including cost and conveyance of materials labour charges etc., complete .

Recess pointing lime mortar 1:2 for the newly paved aprons inside under pinning wall area / inside wall work of the wells / stepped wells after thoroughly cleaning the joints including materials , labour charges etc., complete

Making supplying and fixing of M S circular grill using 10mm Square Road in vertical and horizontal 7.5cm centre to centre 50mm x 6mm M S flat in circumference 2 Nos. 40 mm M S pipe placed in centre to hold the grill and welded with applying enamel paint with 2 coats over a primer coat including cutting, bending, welding, labour material transportation charges nuts and bolts etc., complete.

Supply and fitting and fixing commissioning of 2 HP submersible / Motor pump including cost of motor pump, electrical fitting/fixtures, submersible cables and 4 core copper UG Cable (35 Sq. m) to give connection to the submersible pump sets from the main DB box /wireman charges, for recharging of the wells etc. complete.
