Maintaining of MDRs & ODRs under Package-2 in (R&B) section Kilikiri for the year 2026-27 in Annamayya District

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers by manually in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheeled roller 8 to 10 ton to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing B.T.Patches on the existing B.T.surface using aggregate of 40 to 45 mm IRC size M/C metal with required quantity of 9.5 - 11.20mm HBG M/C key chips and 42Kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade per cum of course aggregate both for premixing and for tack coat including cutting grooves and neatly dressing the edges for boxing the patch materials irrespective of thickness without any protrode or projection including cost of brushing and cleaning the surface with brass brooms of all the dust and earth and heating the bitumen to the required temperature hand drum mixing and laying the premix to the prepared surface to a suitable thickness as directed during execution after laying tack coat to proper camber sectioning levelling hand packing and rolling with 8-10t capacity smooth wheeled road roller, including cost and conveyance of metal from aproved quarry to work spot and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurements cost and conveyance of 42 kgs of bitumen 80/100 grade (Total quantity including wastage) to work spot including hire and operational charges of all T&P and labour charges etc.,complete.

Providing B.T. patch work for pot holes using 9.50-11.20mm size IRC HBG machine crushed Chips and 80/100 grade bitumen at 72 Kgs / 1 cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes, trimming the edges to provide form vertical faces, cleaning, applying tack coat, filling the pot holes compacting with 8-10T smooth wheeled road roller to achieve the desired compaction and finishing including sand flusing cost and conveyance of coarse aggregate to site of work including cost and conveyance of 80/100 grade bitumen (Including wastage) to work site and all operational charges of all T&P cost of diversion traffic, providing caution boards etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers in the following reaches as per MoRT&H Specification 3004
