Earth work in hard soil of gravely soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes including watered and ramming with all leads, lifts and compaction etc. complete in all respects as per specification and Direction of Engineer-in-charge

CC (1:3:6) using 4cm size CBG metal of approved quality quarried and free from wathered skins and foreign materials including mixing the materials and laying the concrete in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth to required level curring ramming, finishint etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts complete in all respects to proper profile and level including dewering if necessary and cost, conveyance & royalty etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting and laying etc. compete including C/S A- Column Bases

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification etc. including cost, conveyance of MS Rod and binding wires of 18mm to 20mm gauge complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Iron doors, windows & ventilator etc with all cost complete i)Door1

Priming One coat with approved red oxide primer over Iron Doors and Windows etc wit all cost etc. complete

Painting 2 coats with approved synthetic enamel paint over Iron Doors and windows etc with all cost etc complete.

Priming One Coat with Primer of approved Quality etc with all cost Complete

Wall Painting two coats with Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work includingg cost of paint

Distempering two coats with Distemper of approved quality etc. with all cost complete.

Fixing of Ceramic tiles on floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortal 1:1 etc with all cost complete

Fitting and Fixing of MS doors and windows etc with all cost complete.
