Levelling coarse in cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement,four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken stone for foundation and leveling coarse including cost of all materials, mixing,placing, ramming, curing, finishing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers. (Beyond 1.5 m to 4.5 m below GL)

Reinforced Cement Concrete using M30 Design mix with required cement, sand and 20 mm and 10 mm Machine crushed HBG stone including the cost of all materials, labour charges, mixing by using mechanical mixer machine, placing in position, lifting, vibrating by using mechanical vibrator, finishing & curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement and fabricating, centering, shuttering and strutting charges etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over I type M.S. Truss of size 25x25x3 mm space at about 90cm c/c and supported by 40 mm GI pipe (Medium) spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers. PLANE SURFACES

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD Steel rods for reinforcement including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges etc. complete for RCC works and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers. Providing and fixing of RCC inside access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing RCC manhole frame with (heavy duty) cover of size 0.60x0.60M in as directed by TWAD Board officers. SOR P.165
