Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Type Exhaust System in the Kitchen at IIT Tirupati (Transit campus), Merlapaka (V), Yerpedu (M), Chittoor (Dt). Pl. note that necessary power cables, earth pits, earthing conductors required will be supplied by the Institute at free of cost. All other materials required for interconnection between the equipment is in the scope of the contractor. However, laying of all the above items, Threaded rods, Support angles, Sleeve sets, GI & SS Fasteners, Gasket with solutions etc. is in the scope of contract agency.

SS Exhaust hood with Filters: - Hood (size: 20 feet x 3 feet x 2 feet) with 20 SWG thick, 304 grade SS sheet & Filters with 22 SWG thick, 304 grade SS sheet. ½ ” Oil drain SS coupling.

SS Exhaust Duct (inside the Kitchen): - Duct with 22 SWG thick, 304 grade SS sheets including gaskets, leak proof solutions, ¼” fasteners to join the ducts wherever needed.

GI Exhaust Duct (outside the Kitchen): - Duct with 22 SWG thick, GI sheets including gaskets and fasteners to join the ducts wherever needed.

5HP Exhaust Blower (3-Phase, 1440 rpm): - Blower motor along with starter shall be of reputed make with minimum 1-year warranty. Blower body shall be made up of 2 mm thick MS Sheets & base shall be made up of 4 mm MS sheets.

Platform for 5 HP Exhaust Blower: - Wall mounted rectangular base structure with MS C channel (size: 75 mm * 50 mm * 6 mm) & 2 mm thick MS sheet to place the blower.
