Miscellaneous Carpentry works at HWPM colony for the year 2026-2027.

Removing of old dry and damaged glass putty, then providing and applying fresh glass putty to fix the glass in proper position including glazing clips at all levels including scaffolding wherever necessary etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing of 16mm thick cement bonded board for door shutters of size 750mm x 2100mm and alround "U" lipping 25 x 18 x 25mm with 0.60 mm thick pre-painted cold rolled steel sections or PVC and fixing with 300mm MS powder coated "T" hinges to the existing frame with welding, including fixing of standard hardware's (powder coated 250mm x 16mm aldrop - 1No, 250mm x 20mm x 6mm MS Oxidied latch-1No, 125mm powder coated MS handle-2Nos) and painting with two coats of exterior emulsion paint like TRUMP or equivalent paint over a coat of cement primer and applying one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint on hinges and MS frame after welding, including removal of old hinges, shutters & fittings and handing over of old/ damaged shutter & fittings to the sectional stores, disposing of debris generated in the dumping yard etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Notes: 1) The size of the Door may vary slightly from door to door as per the site condition. Exact measurements are to be taken at site before fabrication. 2) Rate shall be Inclusive of all labour material, Transport etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position of 20mm thick cement bonded particle board (bison board) in the cupboard shelves as per the existing patterns and arrangement as directed by the Engineer including cutting to required size with power cutter, supply and fixing necessary nuts and bolts, making the edges smooth, making holes to board for fixing nuts & bolts, applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion paint like TRUMP or equivalent over a coat of cement primer on both sides including removing of old damaged cupboard planks and handing over the useful material at sectional stores and disposing the waste material to the dumping yard etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing in position Fly proof Stainless steel grade 304, wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50mm to the existing kitchen windows and other areas in place of damaged fly proof mesh by using existing beading/ existing steel frame including nuts and bolts, removing of old damaged mesh and hand over to sectional stores etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing Float glass panes of 4mm thick of weight not less than 10kg/ Sqm with locking clips and glass putty/ wooden fillets wherever required, including removing of old damaged glass and putty and disposing of waste to the dumping yard etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing Float glass panes of 5mm thick of weight not less than 12.50 kg/ Sqm with locking clips and glass putty/ wooden fillets wherever required, including removing of old damaged glass and putty and disposing of waste to the dumping yard etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing nickel plated M.S. pipe curtain rods with nickel plated brackets : 20 mm dia (heavy type) including necessary screws complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 18 mm thick, 150 mm wide pelmet of flat pressed 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density grade-I, IS : 3087 marked including top cover of 6 mm thick commercial ply wood conforming to IS : 303 BWR grade, nickel plated MS pipe of 20 mm dia (heavy duty) curtain rod with nickel plated brackets, including fixing with 25 x 3 mm M.S. flat 10 Cm long fixed to pelmet with hollock wood cleats of size 100 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm on both inner sides of pelmet and rowl plugs 75 mm long etc. all complete finished with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over a coat of primer etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick black board shutter for cupboards double leaf including the cost of lipping with 2nd class teakwood batten 25mm depth on all edges of shutter including providing and fixing nickel plated bright finished MS Piano hinges with necessary screws, cutting rebate in the shutter including cost of approved heavy duty MS fittings (Anodic coating tower bolt not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 of size100mm x 10mm -1No, Chromium plated Brass 50mm knob -2 No's, special quality bright finished brass Cup board lock 40mm - 1 No) and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer etc., complete all and including removal of old shutters, recovery of useful fittings and fixtures and handing over the same to sectional stores and disposing the waste material to the dumping yard etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.
