Providing and fixing prepainted sandwich made of tata dura shine puffed roofing with top skin of 0.60 (Zero point six zero) millimetres thick sheet over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil with epoxy coating of 25(twenty five) micron having a puff depth of 50 mm (fifty millimetre) and weight of puff 35-37 (thirty five to thirty seven) steel frames are to be painted of approved shade i/c fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. Providing and laying Digital Tiles of size 30x60 mm (thirty into sixty millimeter) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer )of approved make of Kajaria , Nitco,Somany,Orient,Rak, Johnson and Johnson in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (three poitn three killogramm per square meter)including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. Providing and laying Rough finished Granite stone flooring of approved make of Kajaria , Nitco,Somany,Orient,Rak, Johnson and Johnson in desgn and patterns, in landing of stair as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 20 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (twenty millimetre)(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete upto all floor level as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Rough finished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government..

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) upto all floor level in all heights and curing complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
