PART - A AMC of 7th mile Generator room and Galigopuram Generator room.

Annual Maintenance contract to the following DG Sets under single point service i.e., Engine, Alternator. Radiator and cleaning of Diesel tank etc., complete for one year Kirloskar make available in South sub-division at Tirumala. i)Galigopuram Substation DG setc - 1No

Scope of work:- 1)Preventive maintenance is to be taken up duly servicing the each DG set once in a month. 2) Payments will be made quarterly. 3) In case there is any break down under emergency condition the service engineer must attend under scope of this agreement.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contract Charges for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs & Servicing of AMF Panels (Application to DG Set 100KVA to 750KVA) and inclusive of all Spares Cost for Replacement of During AMC Period, Such as timers, Contactors, fuses, indicators, MCBs, etc, complete (Except AMF Relay,100A and above main incomer contactors/MCCB/ACB switch etc.)

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
