Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines required grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials in acquired width of road at the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means and/labour if required including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Recovery of stones to the tune of 59.71 cubic meter quantity @ Rs. 300/- only (Rupees at the rate of three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as Retaining wall, Breast wall, culvert Drains and Parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and as per M.OR.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of use full materials up to any lead and up to any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface is layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any depth any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth as per drawing and technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete under water complete for all heights/depths and including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials, with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1203 & 1604 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material deposited at site to be obtained from borrow pits or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200 mm (Two hundred milimetre) thick every layers compacted with 80-100 (Eighty dash Hundred) K.N static/ viberatory road roller to meet the requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2, M.O.R.D. Construction of Granular sub base 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) consolidated thickness by providing well graded material and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty desh Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification clause 401 for graded of material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) with Nano technology on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.275Kg per Sqm (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means using one part of bitumen emulsion RS-I and two part of water mixed with 1.4% (one decimal four percent) Nano technology tack emulsion of weight of emulsion on granular surface by mechnical means as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) with Nano technology using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225Kg per Sqm (Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom using one part of bitumen emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with 1.4% (one decimal four percent) Nano technology tack emulsion of weight of emulsion on bitumenious surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 3.3% (Three decimal three precent) of mix with nano technology binder using zycotherm at the rate of 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen transported to site upto all lead and lifts laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction and as per MORD Technical specification clause 504, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 25mm(twenty five millimetre) thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (One hundred- one hundred twenty tonne per hour ) capacity hot mix Batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregates 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre ) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 5.5 (five decimal five ) percent of mixed with nano technoogy binder @ (at the rate) 0.1% (zero decimal one percent ) and filler,as per design mix transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical specification clause 509 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimeter into twenty five milimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimetre) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP3 in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in sub-structure using grade M-20 ( M-Twenty) designed mix with cement contents not less than 330kg (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical section 800, 900 and 1200 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in sub structure i.e bed block and dirt wall etcetra and curing complete including carriage of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1400 using Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 Kgs(Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, etcetera including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in sub structure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1000 and 1200 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any hight / depth as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe-415) in superstructure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1000 and 1400 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Collection of hard wood cuttings from appropriate approved species from source within all leads of the road including trimming the stems and making the cutting and transporting while wrapped in damp material and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Planting Unrooted hardwood cutting 2.0 (two point zero) metre in length and 3 to 8 (three to eight) centimetre in diametre of appropriate approved species on slopes including final preparation of cuttings. Preparing lines, digging trenches to specified dimension and forming fascines and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Road side tree planting containerized tree and shrubs including potting, transporting, conpacting and mulching on slopes 30 (thirty) degree to 60 (sixty) degree pit size 30 (thirty) centimetre diameter into 30 (thirty) centimetre depth. Providing and mixing compost woth soil, applying of pesticides and required including labour cost and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental.
