M&L for Providing precast cement concrete with type B 1 (1:2:4) Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in with (1:4) cement mortar complete with joints to match . complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 9.00 above but 6 to 8 mm as in stirups.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls over one coat of primer including preparation on new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for PCC Type B1(1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping , fixing of angle iron in etc including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl finished work as directed

Material & labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in sub base of floor.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors/path or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Material & Labour for providing Machine pressed prepainted rubber moulded glossy finished comprising of two colours as approved and joints filled with sand precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment of any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade all as specified and directed.
