Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (a) External work: (i) 20 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work: (i) 40 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (i) Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (i) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. (i) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (i) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Making hole up to 20x20 cm and embedding pipes up to 150 mm diameter in masonry and filling with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including disposal of malba.

Labour for boring tube well of required dia. by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainers, blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in the connection. The tube well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (d) For depth upto 150 metre for 50 mm dia. tube well with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. (i) 50 mm dia boring etc.

Packing the annular space between the outside of the tubewell pipe stainer and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality having size from 2 mm to 5 mm or the size approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour and equipments complete. Note : Initial 6 m of annular space betwwen the housing pipe and the bore should not be shrouded with pea size gravel to avoid contamination with water.

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel cutter piece 450 mm long with sockets. (a) 40 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing plug of approved make conforming to I.S. specifications. (i) 40 mm dia.

Labour for making arangement for showing verticality test including the cost of hire charges of tools and plants, scafolding, labour etc. all complte.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with G.I. pipes as per : IS 1239 (Part - I). (A) PVC Pipes (i) 100 mm dia nominal bore pipe.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with G.I. pipes as per : IS 1239 (Part - I). (A) PVC Pipes (ii) 50 mm dia nominal bore pipe.

Supplying high density polythene strainer of approved make with adapter conforming to I.S. specifications. (ii) 40 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing heavy type bell mouth reducing socket (PVC) (i) 100 mm x 50 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top (i) 100 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S socket ring (i) 100 mm

Providing and fixing submersible pump with starter of 2 HP capacity of standard manufacturer like Crompton Greaves/BE/ KSB/ CRI or equivalent including lowering the pump upto required depth with all necessary components etc., all complete, including testing and commissioning.
