Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, acrches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fly ash Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5m graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, (measured solid) including all mouldings and precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, pillars/supports to jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including taking down old jallies complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 Nos wires of 3mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panel of cross section of panel (300x45mm) reinforced with 4 Nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile carbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground lelve) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing laid in alternate bay floors and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in surface channel and drains etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and stone tiles laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape size and tint (as approved by Engr-in-Charge) of mix M-35 with grey cement and pigment with 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement and pigment, pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 with grey cement and pigments in floors including taking down old tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate precast cement concrete kerb stone jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railling upto 60cm in height, copings, knelers, apex stones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
