Excavation in foundations in ordinary soll (Loam clay or sand) Including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 r mt. (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.DSR 2.81

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or alte batched design mix cementconcrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and f fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolanar Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per 18: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, concret to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cementcontent, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the All works upto plinth level mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum DSR 4.20.1.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lit) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). DSR 5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15" landings, balconies, shelves, challjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering. finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). DSR 5.3

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), Including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and to floor five level, reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 5.2.2

TMT Fe-500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. DSR 5.22.6

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including culting, holsting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.in gratings, frames, guard. DSR 10.25.2

Class 150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. DSR 6.1.2

Brick work in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:6 cement & coarse sand) DSR 6.4.2

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive.
