Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical /Manual means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport to designated dumping site and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be removed only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 2005.35 cubic metre @Rs. 300/- per cum amounting to Rs.601605/- only shall be done on prorata data basis in each running bill for this item.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.
Excavation in earth work in excavation for structures in all heights and depths all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, , jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibite) and their causes it shall be removed by suitble diversion, pumping and bailling in out and the excavation shall be kept dry whereever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawings and dirction of Engineer-in Charge and transportation soil to roadway and then disposing off surplus excavated earth in required width of road or on approved dumping site including its stacking levelling and dressing in all leads and lifts throuth all modes or transportation including head load animal load of mechanical mean or incidental to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305.1 All useful material, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and states shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the coursde of exection of disposal of serviceable and unseviceable material which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2.including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Prime Coat:- Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology ( for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI :200 litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc .complete as per MORD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.
Tack Coat :- (With Silane Nano technology) Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane:100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI: 200 liter water .Mixing & Spraying: Take 1.4 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @0.3-0.4 kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc .complete as per MORD specifications clause 503 & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 with Silane nanotechnology (ZycoTherm) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting direction and plaace identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide MORD specification Clause 1701, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm below groun level as per approved drawing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
Providing and Fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing, three MS plate of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeters x five millimeters) size on back on edge . The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x5mm ( twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimeters x five millimeter).
