DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggrigate as in floor / roof surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 75mm thick 1:4:8 of type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick

S & F Joint free Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendring in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F non skid tiles, exterior grade, chequered/grooved pattern of size 300x300mm/ 400x400mm 8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the shade as in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F chequered tiles rubber moulded decorative designed cement concrete tiles 25mm thick size of tiles as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed with cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rubber moulded decorative designed coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cousion including rolling/compacting the finished surface complete all as specified and directed.
